Brew Your Coffee With A Clean And Rich Taste
There’s a brew of coffee that other coffee makers can’t achieve: a cleaner, crisper, smoother, and richer tasting coffee that only a vacuum coffee maker can brew. The key to make that clean, crisp coffee lies in the powerful water vapor pressure and vacuum action. This can be accomplished with a vacuum coffee maker. Click Here for more product details.
Vacuum coffee makers, which can be made of metal, plastic, or Pyrex, has two chambers used to brew coffee. The lower chamber is placed in a heated surface so the water in it will boil; through a small tunnel, the vapor will force the water into the upper chamber where the coffee grounds are placed; when the lower chamber is emptied out, vacuum will suction the brewed coffee from the upper chamber back to the lower chamber; as the coffee is suctioned it passes a filter, either a glass rod or a mesh of cloth, metal, nylon, or paper making a clean, crisp coffee and leaving the dried ground coffee beans.
There are no large-scale manufacturers of vacuum coffee makers in the US; those that are available in the country are all distributed by manufacturers – and there’s just three of them – from other countries.
First stop: the Bodum Santos Vacuum Coffee Maker. Bodum is a Denmark company known for manufacturing non-automatic coffee makers. Bodum Santos is probably the most widely used in the US, at least. It uses a permanent filter made of plastic that is easy to clean.
Another distributor of great vacuum coffee pots is Yama from Japan. Yama vacuum coffee makers are tabletop and use alcohol burner. You can upgrade it with a butane burner which heats water faster. The Yama CNT-5 Coffee Siphon Vacuum has a ceramic base, uses butane burner, and comes with five cloth filters and bamboo stick stirring rod. Yama costs less than Bodum Santos and Cona coffe makers.
Lastly, the Cona Vacuum Coffee Maker made of premium glass and, like Yama coffee makers, is an alcohol-burner-using tabletop coffee maker. Unlike Santos or Yama, Cona uses a glass rod filter meaning your coffee won’t b tainted with paper, plastic or metal taste since the water, coffee grounds, and brewed coffee will only be in contact with glass.
You can search for this product on appliance stores though it might be easier if you go online.
